Welcome to my Shattered Time Jewelry Blog!
I started this Change It Up Challenge by choosing this fabulous stamping from B’Sue Boutiques.
I decided to add some color with Swellegant bronze and and gold green patina and let it sit overnight.
Gathered up a bunch of gears and pieces from my stash and a ring blank from B’Sue Boutiques.
Assembled the piece…… Here’s the back…
This is the final result…. It’s a funky steampunk ring that is outside the box!
Thanks for visiting! Hope you enjoy the rest of the hop! Feel free to leave a comment!

OH MY GOODNESS……doll you REALLY changed it up by making it a ‘fist ring” and true to your own style at the same time. Knocked it clean out of the part, IMHO.

So cool, I never would’ve thought to make a ring with it! I can see it worn with a pair of Renee’s compass earrings too. Love your patina, gorgeous color! Just awesome creativity!

You started with new shiny brass, a couple screws, etc…and turned it into a stunner. Love!

Very creative! I loved your vision and how you carried it out. The patina was great on the main piece and then what you chose for “decoration” was cool, too. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

A ring was definitely unexpected. Very cool. I’m guessing someone will snap that up as soon as you put a price tag on it.

I’m with Mary Beth–I thought it was a necklace piece until I found out it was a ring! This is SO fab—just love seeing Steampunk instead of vintagy tho I love that too. This is SO you! Whoever buys it will have a thrill wearing it and getting compliments. And the swellegant bronze and patina is really pretty! :):)
